free template help!?

OK, I downloaded a template from http://www.cssfill.com/business/20/css-cloud-company And after I downloaded it, the folder appeared on my desktop. And when I open the folder, I see one file that say's index and it has the internet logo above it, then I see another file that says usage witch is a notepad file. Then there is a folder that says img, and in it, there are all the pictures that are in the template. Then there is another folder that says style, and when you open it, there is a css notepad file. And last there is a folder that say's psd, and I can't open what's inside there. So my question is, when I try to upload the file that say's index.html onto my freewebs account, it works, but the picture's aren't on there. WHY!

1. upload everything to your account, then you may have to change the paths to the images so they show. the .psd file is a Photoshop file, so you need Photoshop to open it of course. so if the path is http://www.foo.com/image/foo.jpg and it won't show, you may have to change it to http://www.yoursite.com/path/to/image
