Does anybody . . . ?

Does anybody know where I could find free CSS templates? Or any templates that work on the CSS editior for Freewebs? I also need to know how to apply the templates . . .

1. yes. You could do a web search for free CSS templates http://www.templateworld.com/free_templates.html
2. http://www.freecsstemplates.org/ Looks like there are some good ones there. I only have a working knowledge of HTML and a basic knowledge of CSS, but I would assume that you can drop those into the editor and tweak them how you please.
