1. There are a ton of content management systems out there. phpNuke, vbulletin, wordpress, etc, etc what kind of site are you looking to build?
2. You will NOT get free websites without adverts. You can get your own domain and server for less than 100$/€/£ per year. Stop hoping for freebees and go for it! Advance tools? Forget them: they write a code you will never understand (and that is crap and unmaintainable). Write using notepad... If you want some help, I am here.
