Another css license question?

Ok, so i have found a css template. I tweaked it and everything so it's pretty much ready to go. Since i'm using a template, its covered by the creative commons license. So my question is, is it legal to make money off the site, whether its from ads or for charging people for a service? This is the license that came with it.
