Free blog site?

i need an easy to use but it's really good blog/site and i can put reviews for books especially manga (shoujo) but i acn still put things that i like so the blog must have the ff. *good templates or i can make my own by css *easy but has good features *can have drag and drop method *pictures and videos can be uploaded *free *blog is already put in search engine if available (optional) thanks pls don't suggest myspace blogger xanga

1. Why not xanga? I've been using xanga for a long time and it's really good! But if you still insist on it, then the Yahoo! 360 do have a blogging section, and it's quite good, too.
