how to change or replace standard template provided by Blogger with the ones provided in the free templates?

the free templates as provided by users which require to select all, copy and paste. should the standard template deleted and replaced with the free ones.

1. Go into Dashboard. Click on Layout. Click on Edit HTML. At the far left bottom under the template, Click where it reads, "Revert to Classic Template" Paste the template code in there
