Which blog host service can match my likings / which blog service is the best?

I need these features for my blog: 1. Has a NavBar so most likely it looks like a site. 2. Uses HTML (CSS, RSS, etc.) 3. Has a side bar for reviews, profile, etc. (It's okay if it doesn't have this feature, but better if it does.) 4. Has a calendar for events. 5. You can change the template/layout/theme to your liking. Better if it is something like putting a CSS code for the layout. and lastly, FREE! It shouldn't cost a single cent. It's okay if you should exert a lot of effort. Hope you can help me.
