where can I find somebody who can help me design my Wordpress Blog? Cheap / or free of charge!?

I've already got a template I like and have used it. I'm NOT looking for template sites. I'm basically looking for someone to take the project off me and tweak it, as I don't have the time or patience!

3. i think the other answerers have missed the point - he / she is after an existing template adjusting by someone - as he /she does not have the time or patience to do it themselves
