Which is the best blog service: Wordpress, Nucleus, pMachine Free or b2 evolution?

I think these are the ones that are commonly found in a cPanel. Please advice me which one of the best - easy to make template, excellent system, and nice features. Thanks in advance!

1. WordPress runs away with it. The features you can have in it are breath taking, and it's one of the easiest to use. It includes Rich Text formatting and it has a huge array of VERY easily customizable templates.
2. Both Wordpress (http://wordpress.org/) and Drupal (http://drupal.org/) are two of the best open source blogging tools you can use. Both boast a large community, support, free templates / themes to change the look of your site, easy installation, quick learning times and validated / accessible coding and updates. Hard to choose between the 2 but go for either one and you will be happy.
