What the English website which I can make a blog for free do you recommend?

I'm a Japanese. I'm looking for an English website which I can make blog for free. Because I'm learning English, and I want my friends who speak English to see my blog. I prefer the website which has a lot of skins, templates, or layouts, and has artistic one. What the website do you recommend ?

1. www.blogger.com is the one I use.
2. Yes ! There are many blogs out there. Like.. www.blogspot.com. I have my own blog with name www.beattop.com/blog . you can also make such kind of blog. If you need any other help do message me on my yahooo account.
