3. Well, it's not free, but you could always try Michael's or AC Moore--they have program kits available at a low price (around $30 for 25-50 programs). You design and print them out yourself, saving money. Good luck!
4. I was on the search for wedding program templates a few months ago, and found nothing FREE and GREAT! Your best bed, which is what I did, was go to my church and talk to the priest. He can show you some examples of what other people have done. It's always great to suit it to your style and needs. I got the basic juste of the program from the examples I was shown, but I have also changed it so much. I am really excited about the finished product. Good luck! :)
