- If u use anything that isn't free it will create a problem. Even if u modify it. You can do it but if u get caught...
- Good artists copy, great artists steal.
- In the U.S., generally you can copy and use the HTML. However, images and sounds may not be legal.
- ill eagle, or just immoral? ethics? never mind...
- Kind of a difficult question. If you simply copy the code and make some small tweaks that might be considered a copyright infringement. But if you see a page you like and attempt to create something similar using a WYSIWYG editor or even raw code, I don't think it would be a copyright infringement because you are doing the work yourself and not exactly duplicating someone else's work. The main thing to remember is that an HTML page has a pretty small set of tools to work with and so it's not really a big stretch to imagine two people coming up with almost the exact same thing without ever having seen the other's work. I would say that as long as you are not trying to duplicate another site/page in every detail you are probably ok.
- I don't think so. The part that web sites buy is the domain or space to display their information, taking a template from a web site should be ok, just don't overdo it
- It is not recommended to copy and paste template of anybody else. You can search in the net for free templates. Free blogger templates are available at http://freetemplates.blogspot.com/ http://blogspottemplates.blogspot.com/ http://blogger-templates.blogspot.com/ You can also look at templateen link at http://freetechbooksonthenet.blogspot.com/
- yes, its not good or legal to do that, you can just take the idea or learn something from the design of the web site or template which is not free. then you can create your own web site in the similar way but in different style, once u get experienced u will have no problem, i am a web designer too and i have my web site too., i keep on modifying it. and its better to get ideas and inspiration from other web sites. thats how you can create or design your web site so you wont have to actually copy or steal their design but just the layout, style and design of the web page u liked, and you can even alter the color of your web page and change the graphical content if you know any animation or text animator software.
