Where can I find affordable(under £200)/ or free easy-to-edit templates to start my own classified website.?

I wish to start a classified website with a relatively large database and a reasonably sized number of categories(about 25) for my niche market but I cannot build one myself. I understand purchasing a template and modifying it is one of the most affordable ways to get such a website. Where can I find affordable(under £200)/ or free easy-to-edit templates to start my own classified website. Its proving far too expensive to get one designed from scratch by a web-designer.

1. Here is a link for a PHP classified ad script already done... You will have to subscribe to a web hosting service that provides mysql and php admin capabilities.. I love the people at Liquid web... The programming software PHP/MySql exists on the hosting services server.. You are buying the scripting language that works with it.. In other words it wont work unless you upload it to your web site. and that can become tricky for first time users... but I figured it out so it cant be too difficult.
