Free Web site Design?

I'm looking around to see if i can find a free website design/template. I've only have junkie ones so far. Does anyone know of a site or person that has some nice designs for free? I'm doing a website for track athletes and i'd like to sell some products on it too. thanks

1. You are going to get what you pay for. Try godaddy.com. They have some nice templates that come with the cost of hosting. Also, they can help you set up a shopping cart. www.krewegear.com was made on godaddy
2. most hosting services have a build-yourself program that has many templates and plugin shopping carts. If you want a css design, you can find open source ones at oswd.org.

4. I like googlepages.com. It is cheap, easy and fast for updating and easy to maintain.
