Printing Avery brand Tent Cards?

Hi, I have MS Office Suite, and am trying to print Avery brand Tent cards, template number 5305, using an HP 4250dtn printer. The problem seems to be on the MS Office end - when I open Tools/Envelopes & Labels option, select either a whole document or just one label - I am not getting the onscreen layout that looks just like my tent card sheet, like I do when I print Avery mailing labels. The text has to read - "Table 1", "Table 2" etc., and using one tent card sheet for every table. Any suggestions? Thank you!
