i need to find a template for avery?

yes i bought a U CREATE IT KIT and it has 2 pages of pre cut sheets and i need to know how do i make them cut outs work on my printer..i have searched all over and i cant find them cut outs on my printer i even went and put in the dimensions in my self and that didnt work.its for the program AVERY 5295. please help me these are the magent kit.i have the lexmark and print shop and good lord i dont know how to use that.. but i was trying..PLEASE HELP ME! thank you so much
