How do you get addresses from MS Office Outlook 2003 contact list to an Avery template?

Is this possible or do I have to type in the information all over again and then save as a document. (killin' me) Also can I create mailing groups in Outlook? Any advice would be appreciated!!

1. Go to your "contacts" in your Outlook (bottom left) then click on Labels as a option and it should change the format of all your contacts in your Contact list, then print, that is if you have the Avery label for address....
