Add a watermark to a Avery template postcard?

Can this be done? If so how?

1. Do you mean an actual postcard made of card, rather than something on the computer? If so, yes! Any shop which sells stamping equipment will have watermark ink (it's sort of transparent and soaks in), and suitable watermark stamps.
