printing problems with microsoft office publisher?

I am using Avery template #8371 and the allignment is completely off. Can someone please help? I really appreciate it.

1. I believe I'm right in saying this is a label format but it is actually for letter size paper, not A4 so that could be one of the reasons. However as you are using Publisher, not Word so presumably you want graphics, instead of using an Avery template, why not set up a custom size page,5.08cm height by 8.89 width, then you can create your label or business card within that size, set the printer to multiple copies per page so if you were portrait A4 you should get 10 to a page. If you reduce your margins to .5cm all round and work within the blue margin area.
