Where can I find codes for free templates?

can anyone tell me where to find free templates and how do I put them on my web page?

1. you could search it on google or yahoo. it also depends if its ms-dos or command prompt
2. DOS or command prompt? hua? Even I didn't get that one... If you are talking about whole site templates, try templatemonster.com. Be very careful with what you download as there's a lot of bad stuff out there.
3. You could try this site http://www.xentrik.net/layouts/ it has nice layouts for personal pages or blogs. To put them on the page, copy/paste the codes into your web page editor or simply upload the .html page into your server.
