2. The REALLY sad thing is: Democrats are REALLY defending these scum. Unbelievable, but true.
3. How does this have anything to do with consistency? Democrats like it when people follow laws. And, we think that laws should be applied to everyone, like our esteemed President.

7. These men gave up there right to privacy as soon as they gave the video to the clerk to be duplicated, store clerks must view these tapes for reasons like this. They are viewed to make sure illegal activity is not being commited(i.e. child pornography,murder,or threatning acts). If these tapes are distributed then the store can be charged in the crime. Secondly, the only one who has a right to privacy for a defence in court would be the American citizen, who as soon as he conspired with illegal immigants and or terrorists lost that right. Last and most important these men were trying to kill Americans on our soil and in my mind that puts them in the same catagory as Bin Laden and as for anyone to give an apology is just a moronic idea that wasnt given much thought before it was written down.
