Where can I find free downloads for free templates and clip art?

I have searched and most are really NOT free. I don't want to have to sign up in order to download, nor do I want a "free trial" program. Does anyone have any great secret websites that they can share? Thanks!

2. If you want templates for Microsoft Office products, Microsoft actually does have a fair selection at: http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/templates/default.aspx There is also a large collection of clip-art there as well. All are free downloads.
