How do I get my own template on Microsoft office Basic?

I recently found a template(free, of course) and it's a .zip . I have Microsoft Office Basic. I just started creating my website about one week ago. I really would like help! If you have any idea how to get a template onto my website for Microsoft Office Basic, please let me know! Thanks!

1. you do a right mouse click on the desktop (not on any files or folders)and click on back ground. Also if you want your own picture, do the same thing then push brouse and find your own picture.
