How do I get downloaded templates into Microsoft Frontpage?

I downloaded some free web templates but don't know how to get them into FrontPage? HELP!

1. If you can view the template in a browser in Inernet Explorer, it can import the current HTML directly to FrontPage. If not, then view the template in a browser, and go to View>View Scource. Do a Select All, then Copy it. Paste it in the Code or HTML view in Microsoft Frontpage. Just so you know, templates are dumb. Just use autoshapes, text boxes, wordart, fill effects, etc. to make your page. It's actually quite easy.
2. Frontpage? People still use that? Someone should introduce you to Dreamweaver 8 dear. Its like the difference between a Ford Pinto and a Ferrari Boxer.
3. Hi, It is really very easy if you choose the template by right clicking on it and click on edit using front page ... The option will be available in all the computers Even i usually edit my website http://www.bestwebtemplates.com/ I think it will be the best answer for this question...........
