How do you take Media player visualizations and plug them in as powerpoint backgrounds?

I'm talking about the vortexes, changing colors, tye-die kalidescopes, etc. as backgrounds for the lyrics. My youth group thought this was a cool idea to enhance worship on sundays. Are there any free template sites, or better programs for doing this?

1. I do not believe that you can use media player visualizations in a powerpoint, though if you were able to find an animated gif you should be able to use that.
