Is there anyway to format a Word document to a resume template?

Im trying to create a resume, is there anyway to load an already formatted template for one?

1. Save whatever you want to have as the templete as the DOT file in word, or Document Template in Word 2003; Make sure that what you save as your Resume Template does not include what you do not want to include
2. There is a template under Word already. Simply click File >New... and select the tab for "other documents"
