How to get to resume templates on Word?

Someone told me to go to Word, tools..that i would find templates for writing a resume..but i just can't find it. Is it possible that i don't have it?

1. On the menu click File -> New -> Other documents. You should find Professional resume in there.

3. Visit the microsoft web site, you can preview and download templates of resumes for free in word format.
