Where do I find a template for a referral letter regarding tenant?

I have a tenant who needs a letter from me regarding their rental status. They need this letter in order to apply for a home loan. I would like to find a template for writing this letter.

1. No formality necessary! A simple statement assuring that their rent was always on time will suffice. maybe you could add your accounting in relation to the specific tenant too.
