Is there an invoice software that will pull totals from Excel?

My wife has a cheerleading business and to keep track of money in and out with each kid, I built an Excel template with tabs for each squad with what each child owes, paid, etc. She wants to be able to print a monthly invoice for each child without having to manually enter each valve. Is there an invoice software that will pull those amounts from my already built excel template?

1. Quickbooks Pro allows import from Excel if that is what you are looking for.
2. Quickbooks Pro will allow you to do this, but it can be pricey software. Alternatively, you can build into Excel a worksheet that prints individual invoices. For this, you'll need to use a macro. If you don't have VBA experience, there's also the possibility (and this might ultimately be easiest) that you can use the database with Office's MailMerge function. To do this, design your template for Word (or download one from the Office website) then go through the mail merge wizard. Select your database, insert the values, and voila, you and your wife should be all set. You'll have to re-update the fields every time you want to print the new invoices. You can even get fancy and filter it so you only print invoices for those people with negative balances.
