How do I find Lost templates on Microsoft word?

I recently got a virus on my computer, but was able to fix it. However, I lost all my templates on Microsoft word. I need to put page numbers on my essays but I can't because my computer can't find the template to use. How do I fix this problem?

1. In Windows Explorer hit CTRL and F to open the search box. Then search for files : type in *.dot (dot-files are the templates in Word) Good luck
