Sample No Impediment to Marriage certificate for india?

Hi, I am looking for a template for no impediment to marriage certificate in india. I will have this created by the Jila Panchayat, unfortunately they have never made this certificate so they are asking me to supply with a template. thanks.

1. it is simply a letter from your embassy or local police or an attorney or notary stating that you are not currently married and have never been previously married and stamped and sealed with their seal. there is no form or template in india for it. the australian government has a form which they use if you want to use that one and just put in the stuff for india or you can use it as a guide to make up your own. google for " certificate of no impediment to marriage" and click on the one from australia.
