How do I write a business letter, itroduce my business?

My husband and I own a painting business and we do residential as well as commercial properties. I would like to introduce us to big apt owners, builders, developers and property managers in our area and I want to write a form letter. Does anyone have any sample letters or templates, or know where on the web I can find such thing?

Sincerely, Owner It would be best if you could personalize each letter with the name of who you are contacting. You might be able to find a list from your local chamber of commerce. Be sure to include a few of business cards with each letter. You might want to include your contractor's license number after your signature. Your letter should be on letterhead with your business name, address, and phone numbers.
