  1. E-business made on the cheap, as you seem to take that direction, NEVER bring any results. If you have a business, you "should" have a marketing BUDGET, and a marketing plan. Your website is PART of your marketing plan, not the whole of your marketing! If you want to promote your business through a website, have it designed and developed by professionals, and CERTAINLY, NOT with Dreamweaver! Expect at least $1000 for the site, and $3-10k to promote it. Don't have that budget? Print business cards and spread them around, in garden centers parkings (on cars): more efficient. Place an ad in the local paper with your mobile number: more efficient. "A website is no more than a single line in a phone book of a few BILLIONS of entries"
  2. Just google/serch around a bit e.g. http://www.free-css.com/free-css-templates/page1.php http://freetemplates.sarkis-design.com/ http://css4free.com/ You may want to check out how they were created - the structure, design and codes - It may be not that hard to create something yourself. Try http://www.w3schools.com/css/
  3. Dreamweaver has its own set of CSS templates which work very well in respect to on-page optimisation .. I have used the left nav, right nav & halo templates to great effect for over 10 years, so you should have no problems in implementing one of those ... If you need any help in how to optimise your web pages effectively for local search or nationwide search then please give me a shout and I'd be more than happy to assist in any way I can Respect, Vince...
