Does anyone know a cool and free website design software.?

I bought a domain from go daddy but they don't have Cool templates.If you know of any website design softwares I would appreciate it.

1. Mmm well frontpage is good if ur into making it completely custom. I knew another program but I forgot
2. Install WordPress through your cPanel. There's plenty of tutorials on how to do it, and it's completely free, with great user friendly design, and tons of website additions and support through other users via "Plugins". There's also thousands of free themes for you to download in WordPress. Try it.
