Where can I find a easy website creator that offers PHP or MySQL?

I use webs.com currently (have my own domain name) but just found out that they don't offer PHP or MySQL. I have a musician page and because CD's are becoming obsolete the smartest thing to do would be to offer album/song downloads. I read up on how to do it FREE but the site I create needs to offer PHP or MySQL or the like. I don't write HTML code so I need a site that offers templates as well as the PHP. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks in advance!

1. Sounds like you are going to need someone to implements the ideas for you. There are not a lot of encompassing Website creators that include access to PHP and MySQL. You are going to have to get your own host. They will have templates, but you are going to need someone to implement the addition services you want.
