How to copy Microsoft templates in OpenOffice?

I dont have Microsoft products but they have good office templates, letterheads etc that I want to use. If I download one of these templates, how can I convert it over to OpenOffice?

Open the program and click on the Tools Tab....select Options.....Click the + sign beside Load/Save....select General.....you will see "Document Type"..next to it (Always save as) scroll "up" to find "Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP" Next select Spreadsheet under "Document Type".. next to it (Always save as) scroll "up" to find "Microsoft Excel 97/2000/XP Next select Presentation under "Document Type".. next to it (Always save as) scroll "up" to find "Microsoft Powerpoint 97/2000/XP Cheers
2. Yes, Microsoft has great templates. The people who pay for Microsoft Office are entitled to use them. You are not.
