what should i include in my cv?

i am a 16 year old student. i recently finished school. i now have the whole of summer to relax. i would like to find a summer job. i need to write a cv for this. i know some basic information i should include. what i would like to know is what should i actually include in my cv, how long it should be, etc? if anyone has any templates of student cv's or any websites which can provide me with any help, feel free to include them too. thank you
