What are good templates, generators , or useful websites for a trainee web designer?

I'm 30 and now I agreed reading about HTML and CSS I know bait about CSS and HTML and and I know there loads of websites out there who already got work cut out any useful links in particular please share especially generators who help create and help align in CSS thanks
