How do I appy a flash template to Freewebs?

I already have a flash template. I got it from here- http://www.flash-templates-today.com/free-flash-templates.php How do I apply one to my freewebs website?

1. You don't "apply" a flash template. You download it, use Adobe Flash etc. to change it's contents to your needs and upload it to your site. anwyway - flash sites are horrible! but that's just my opinion...
