Which CS5 program is best for designing a business card?

Illustrator or photoshop? I know illustrator gives you a template but I can simply make a new document 3.5"x2". I mean which has better features and is overall better for the task? I know illustrator is vectorized art but I don't think thats going to matter for me. Thanks in advance. I'm pretty sure I didn't ask for a website, so that didn't answer my question at all...
