How do companies display their income and profits etc.?

My sister said they use an invoice, do businesses use anything else to keep their money and expenditure organised? do they use microsoft excel? can i have some templates or pictures if you have any, thank you :)

1. Your sister is mistaken. An invoice is just another word for a bill. Companies send invoices to people who owe them money. Large corporations prepare annual reports showing their assets and liabilities. Smaller companies may keep track of such things on Excel spreadsheets, or Access databases.
