Will Office Live Business allow you to sell stuff online?

Hello, I know that Microsoft has this program where you can create a free website & domain. My question, though, is, does this type of software allow you/ make it easy to sell stuff on the website (as in, set up PayPal, pictures, etc.) (PayPal being the really important part.) Or is it just a template with some really basic stuff?? Thanks!
