My paypal account is limited, I don't have a copy of my invoice, what do I do?

My paypal account is limited and it is asking me for a copy of my invoice, but I don't have any since I bought it from another person. Should I just make one up using a invoice template or should I write a typed letter?? and does paypal really call the number on the invoice to confirm??

1. You can't fake an invoice. You need proof that you bought the item. Call the person who sold it to you and get their copy. For new items, this isn't impossible. If you can't produce the invoice, you can expect your account to be limited for 1-6 months.
