How can I change the border of a template in Pages?

I am trying to change the awful looking border on a Classic Certificate template in apple pages. Please help! I am getting frustrated! Thanks :D

1. Why don't you change the complete template there are many websites which offer free templates like that. All you have to do is Google this matter.
2. ok here we go. Just go to page border option and will be able to change your border style.........
