Help building a non-flash website?

I already have a free host, at http://www.itarrynn.co.cc/ and I really love my website's design, I was really impressed with wix's templates. However, they're flash web templates and I need my website to be accessible for devices like cell phones, iPads, etc. Plus, flash is slower. Can someone help me to find free web templates that are NOT flash and actually look good? Thank you :)
