Letter of support templates, for a seriously ill child...?

I'm looking for any kind of template that could help me write a letter of support for a very ill child who is in coma right now. Any type of template to help people give any kind of support, or collect funds for this child.. where can i find templates for that? Or does anybody have refference to any organizations that can help??

1. Aww poor thing. Um have you tried template.com? Or their are already built templates on some microsofts. Type in templates at google.com. There are a lot of organizations. I wouldn't know any.
