how can i get excel spreadsheets on to my ipad?

i just got me a ipap and want to use it to send my invoices that i use on my laptop i have been using excel on the laptop so wanted to use the template i have so its all the same i have numbers and quickoffice on my ipad

1. if you are using a template, excel will be in word so you need to click on all files so that it becomes a web page, then you can down load it hopefully.
