DH Templates

Where can I find the best website templates + Wizard for a business?

I asked this question yesterday and didn't quite get recommendations I was looking for.I am starting an event planning company and need to start a website on my own. I need templates and I am willing to pay for a professional look. I would prefer if it was a fancy flash (or something equivalent) website, but I also want it to have the software to edit it. I don't want a template that I have to import to dreamweaver. I want it to be completely customizable. I just need something with a flash intro with pictures I can ad myself, something that user friendly and easily customizable. Just to give you an example of what I'm looking for, I used the site https://www.weddingwindow.com/ to make my own wedding website and the wizard was very user friendly. Can you point me in the right direction? Michael, thanks for the answer, but I need something I can edit myself whenever I need to update something. I did hire a web designer for my original site, and what I got at the end of the day looks similar to a template and it was nearly impossible to get them to fix something without it costing a bundle. In my business, people aren't going to care that I used a template, they are going to care that my site looks professional and my portfolio is full.

  1. As you have said you don't mind paying, I will doubly-recommend what I would have anyway... Do NOT buy templates! They will make your whole site LOOK like a template. If you've got the money, pay a company to design something bespoke for you.
  2. If you wanted a website that wasn't expensive then you could use a freelance website developer, like me :) http://www.astano.tk/ if your interested. If you want a website that can be edited by you, you should build the website using a content management system, these are easy to implement and easy to edit. Look at Wordpress or Joomla.
  3. Try Office Live Small Business – there are templates and you can do flash. You’ll be able to edit/make changes and you can use the online community to help you out – it has demos, blogs and Q&A. Look through the FAQ and customer galleries to see if it will work for your needs.
