Can I use free web template designs to design my own website?

Is there any legal ban to use these templates to make your own websites?

1. If you get them free then you can use them. Sometimes they will ask that you mention their site on your site. If you download from p to p then those templates could have been downloaded illegally and then you should not use them on your site.
2. use microsoft Expression Studio software. in dis software many tamplate to create own website
3. You can use free web template and also change web templates also.
