What is the best resume builder or templates i can get online.?

I want to get a resume together for this job. but i dont fully know what to put. I heard i can get free resume help or guidelines and templates. Anyone know where i can find those at for free? This job im applying for is for a customer service position

2. If you have microsoft office, it has a web site online. Look under mircosoft office online for Word downloads, and type in "resumes".
